• Returns & exchanges accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, by emailing hi@starrypawshop.com for refund approval (please include details and photos).
  
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs + 10% restocking fee.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
